Help with my 100w LED full spectrum light

Am I damaging my plant? I have a 100w LED full spectrum grow light and it is positioned approx 18 cm from the top of my seedling. I can’t move it any further away for multiple reasons. Is there any way to dampen the light or help the seedling. Or am I fine with the positioning of it?

that sounds about right if its growing just let it be youll start learning as you go. my worst grower mistake was being paranoid about my plant

its coo man and yeah thats my first plant i even try growing i did so many mistakes with that plant tbh i dont know how shes even alive from ripping almost its whole root system while transplanting to topping her she was just a lil bushy tree for a while i had stunned her heavy but as soon as i noticed it was bouncing back i decided to add more light not over water it and stuff like that. a ph meter a grow light some nutrients will help out a lot nd keeping the room at around 72 farenheit

Thanks for the tips! I am just wondering though is there a way to dampen or lower light intensity without moving the light further away?

Well I mean it can probably be done with rewiring but honestly if you're gonna use that light the whole grow i would just keep the air circulating and let the seedling aclimate. Sounds like it's doing alright, if it hasn't keeled over yet you shouldn't have to worry.

Fill that thing with soil and give her a solid watering. The light isn't hurting her, she just doesn't have space to move. Try it out, no promises but I think that'll fix her up within a day or 2.

Try 20/4, or even 24/7, even where you're at is fine, but I can't see how tall that container is and I'm pretty sure it's smaller than I think it is.. Definitely need more soil, and it does look pretty dry in there, try spraying some water in there to raise humidity for a few hours?
