Help / Input for Tent Covering

Hey Guys, New here but been around a while. Ran across this site from watching some of Growmau's videos.

Due to my setup, my dimensions are 30" x 60" x 86". It is a pair of 30" x 60" wire shelves using 86" poles. I'd rather not get into why it has to be those specific dimensions but for this project it does. I'm at a loss on a reflective / light blocking cover. If I were using a more traditional size, I'd just buy a tent and use its cover. I've thought about panda film, insulated bubble wrap, and the diamond ploy wrap ( whatever that stuff is called ) and all of that may work but it isn't as polished as I'd like and then I'm not sure about giving myself easy access and stopping light leaks at my access point. Ideally, I would like both 30" sides closed as well at the back 60". I'd like to be able to access the majority of the front 60" x 86" fairly easily and for my access point to not be worn out ( like it I use insulated bubble wrap ) over a short period of time from accessing the tent.

I appreciate any ideas and input you guys can provide a new member. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions on plywood and cardboard. I thought about plywood for the door and just leaning it up against the frame or secure it somehow. Didn't think of cardboard but I do still have the box my 60" TV came in and it is exactly 60 inches so one side of the box or both sides together would give good access.

The door is what is defeating my engineering skills :). I can wrap the 3 sides of the frame with panda film but I still have to contend with the 60 inches between both the poles and the 86 of height. I can leave some overhang on the top so I slide my carboard/ plywood door up under the film guess. I will have one of the wire shelves at the very top so could secure to it. The second frame will be suspended about 18 - 20 inches from the floor so may or may not be able to use it to secure my "door."

Thank you for the link to the site ( I haven't posted enough to quote a post with a link.... ) . I am book marking that! The "ripstop reflective blackout" looks very interesting. Never sewed in my life but I do have access to a pretty decent sewing machine and it would be worth a shot.

I am sure you could find the stuff in smaller quantities if you search for it. Use some tough thread and quality zippers, velcro. You can pretty much custom make a tent with some sewing skills. Might pay to make a pattern using cheaper cloth that isn't stretchy to test for fitment.

Search google for "zipper door" you will find many options that you can use in your design.

I just bought a couple of those doors haven’t installed yet but they seem to be nice quality. I’m using one to convert a closet to veg space and the other will be right where the door to my flower room is.i have an interior door so the light leaks out the cracks on sides and bottom. So when you pull the door open the fabric door will be there. I got it to help seal up the room for c02 and light leaks

put up one of the doors last nite it works well and seems of good quality. The door is kinda small even though the fabric is kinda big.
