Help finding seeds

Hey everybody. I live in the states, and have visited Toronto on several occasions. My grow history consists of 1 grow that went wrong in my previous town. I'm all set up at my current location, and was wondering what would be the safest/quickest way to acquire some high-quality seeds. I just got done putting a lot of time and energy finding everything I need to set up my room, and am setting it up now. All I need are seeds. I'd really hate to go with the bagseed around here, because I know most of it comes from bulk mexican sources, and I just want a beautiful family of sisters to grow for myself. I'd also rather not order them from a site, as all I have to pay with is Paypal, and it seems no seed sites are offering that as a payment method anymore.
Are there any stores I can walk into in Toronto (being from the US) and buy seeds? Anyone have any recommendations ? please PM me if you'd rather not reply on here.
