Help design my growroom

hello everybody!

im building my growroom witch size is: 43inches large x 82inches long x 85inches height (110cm x 210cm x 215cm)
all the stuff (intra/extra and driver will be on higher soundproof floor)
i would love to make a veg and bloom floor.
had the idea of putting 63inches large for the bloom and 20inches large for the veg
Is that enough space for veg area?
can you also help me on getting the best size ratio between veg and bloom floor?
for the moment i already bought:
for the bloom:
8x cree cxb3590 3500 80cri
8xPre-drilled heatsink 180mm (think with that, no need active cooling)
8x Led glass lens for CREE CXB3590, 90degree, diameter 100mm
2x meanwell drivers hlg-185h-c1400A
3 x Q304 Quantum board 3000k
3x Slate 2 Pre Drilled heatsink
for the veg:
2x QB288 quantum board 5000k
1x QB288 quantum board 4000k
1x Slate 2 Triple Pre Drilled heatsink

also made 2 custum light led bar 47 inches long, with cree 3w leds ( each led bar has 42 cree led ( some royal blue, cold white , red and far red ^^, completly dimmable)

i was thinking on hydroponic system and would love your thoughts on this system:

( oups i cannot put link here, this is the "growtool" system they have many size, but im intereste on theire airpot system 30"x 30" x 1")(78 x 78 x 9 cm)
i could put 2 of those rack/tray hydroponic system on the bloom area ( the growtool tray are 30"x 30" x 1")

i realy neeed some advise also on the repartition of my cob/quantum board....im still lost even all the precious thread you have.
how can i optimise the disposition of the cree/quantum in this space?

20" is tight. A plant that's 8" tall has another ~ 8" of pot height. Indica will top out at around 35". A sativa can go past 60" in flower. Flower flipped at 12". I use COBs and only grow for myself. One single grow space is fast enough. Plus two spaces can be a pain. Ive tried it. It's also not all that faster or easier then a single.

I currently use a 2'x4x7 tent. One humongous setup.

i have 85 innches of height!! no probleme with that, 20inches large for veg area
ps: i also grow just for me and my girlfiend
