If you are on the equator I would assume you're in Brazil, Columbia or Ecuador. I would have a mother room and a cloning room and just transplant outside. If you are in Indonesia I wouldn't do it because of the death penalty. Can't imagine there is a market in the first three that would really make it worth it. Maldives? Just have a fun time and skip the growing.

I don't know what your energy costs are where you are at or how much indoor growing experience you have but you may want to start small and work up over a few harvests. Would suck to spend a fortune in electric only to have a crop go south at the end due to mites or mold or anything else.

How many amps is your electrical service? How many large appliances do you have like electric range, dryer, hot water heater. Thats also a concern, how much power you have available. Seeing as you have multiple rooms you could plan to run flowering rooms on a flip so you are only drawing half the power but drawing it 24 /7. They make multi split units that are a mini split with multiple heads. So you can install one unit and cool more than one space. That may be the best route to go once you determine what tonnage you will need in each room.

Just tossing out thoughts on your setup.

You can do a pound a month easily by using one room with 3 tents and 1000 waters. A pound should do anybody who wants to make a little extra.
