Hello again... I got a whole house, need Ideas

i got a 8 to 9 feet ceiling, 4 bedrooms, (I always sleep in the living room got a perfect couch)
I own the house to my name so no unwanted visitors, the smallest room is 12x12
Btw I live in the line of the ecuator, so 12/12 all year
What would you do with such space?

Well a setup like that is gonna require duplicate climate control equipment for each room. I guess one veg room and the rest flower. Gonna be costly to setup though with 4 AC's and 4 dehumidifiers.

How many tons is the central air? What kind of lighting do you intend to use? You can cool about 2 DE 1000's per ton. So you may end up running out of AC since it was only sized to cool the home and not the heat load from 16 HID lights.

Is weed legal where you are? If not then odor control will be critical. I use a bunch of scrubbers in my rooms to reduce the odor down to where I can hardly smell the plants in the room with them.

I use Phat filters ( 12x48 ) with 12 inch vortex blowers, two per flowering room, one in veg and one in drying room.

12,000 btu is one ton. So you have a 2 ton a/c system depending on the sqft of your house it’s probably just enough to cool the house

It's simple, just remember One ton of AC is not the same as One ton of Weed.

If you have a decent basement, that's my favorite place to grow. The easy availability to water and electric, along with less temp swings and easier to control bud-stink are just a few advantages to basement growing.

Then there's the inevitable unwanted guest that stops by. Will they go in the basement? No. Will get "accidentally" open the wrong door as they use the bathroom.....probably.

12000 BTU/hr is a ton of cooling capacity. Basically a ton of heat is what is required to melt one ton of ice in one day. So the tonnage is how much heat you can move from inside to outside.

Well, I don't grow for commercial purposes, so I probably wouldn't do a lot with all that space. One room is more than enough for what I do.

Just rip the roof off or grow in your backyard anything else would be expensive.

i would star with 1 room for flower and a closet or small room for veg. then add additional flower rooms as you got it down and had the need for them.

as an aside i'm kind of like you. i sleep on a couch in my living room and grow in my bedroom. thats the way.

I want some outdoor but due to my 12/12 All year need a room to veg them strong enough

Could you define your goals? What do you want? What do you expect? Neighbors? I would make a disco and get some hot girls to be bud tenders. I would spin them tunes.

Neighbors love me but really my goals would be to make something on the side. But honestly with two rooms I would be fine enough plants with good training
