I have alergies not a disability lmao
You got to be fucking kidding me!. This is proof positive that there are many abusers of medical marijuana laws. Call me jealous, but is a fucking shame a law that was approved by voters imagining suffering patients with terminal illness when they voted yes is being taken advantage of by every day stoners.

I hope the OP enjoys his "medicine"

Hey man, the prop was intended to help any patient who's quality of life is improved by consuming cannabis whether that be cancer, glaucoma, MS, insomnia, allergies, or even drooling. Many people can benefit from the use of this medicine. Who is anyone to say a person is less deserving of medicine than another? It is between the patient and their doctor.

can you please provide the prop wording that states those words word for word? This is what I read, section 1 Sub

(A) To ensure that seriously ill Californians have the right to obtain and use marijuana for medical purposes where that medical use is deemed appropriate and has been recommended by a physician who has determined that the person's health would benefit from the use of marijuana in the treatment of cancer, anorexia, AIDS, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, migraine, or any other illness for which marijuana provides relief. Since when are allergies, that the majority of American's suffer from an illness?

Since when does smoking relieve allergies? I'm all for compassionate laws, don't get me wrong. My point is the rest of us that want to gain decriminalization for all or our own compassion use laws are being held up by abuses in the 13 states that do have the laws. California is quickly becoming the farce of MMJ and this post was a perfect example. You want to claim that the Dr had personal knowledge of studies that MJ can relieve allergies? Bull Shit. I'll put my money on a script mill Dr that the poster found through asking around or word of mouth. regardless, I see it as an abuse.

Here in Florida, our Attorney General points to the abuses in California as to why we will never have compassion laws. I'm begininig to wonder who in Cali DOESN'T have a medical card?

using allergies as a way to get a med card is a loophole...just like the entire prop is a loophole.can allergies be a reason to obtain a med card...yes...if you look at the loophole of it....if you have chronic allegies...that can lead to a sinus infection...which can lead to chronic sinusitis which will cause inflamation...in turn causing chronic pain.....all you folks have your little loophole to get your med cards to begin with...i would take advantage of the system also...seeing as how it takes advantage of us daily

also....i bet you "patients" was getting weed and smoking long before it was made legal...whether or not there is a actual medical reason for needing it...we all smoke it for the same reason......its almost like people use their med card like it makes them better then the rest..your no different from anyone else...who cares what reason your getting...and why would anyone care that anyone else is either

I have anxiety. Sounds like you need to burn one Serapis.
LOL. I have acute anxiety disorder, and yes I do need to burn one. My health is one of the reasons I get pissed at abusers. I can't just sell my house and pick up and move to Cali to be legal. tests have been done and the only effect MJ has on allergies are if you are allergic to it.....

If you have sneezing, wheezing, itching eyes, etc from allergies, your still going to have them after smoking, which by the way is considered an irritant to the respiratory system, the same one suffering from allergies......

when I was younger and a lot stupider I was watching my neighbors house (my dealer who lossed 50000 the last time he got hit) It was me and a friend watching from my backyard when we see this EXTREMELY low flying helicopter that was surprisingly silent come over us, and just before it gets over his house this huge grid of lights come on and went off as soon as they were past his house. Thats when we stopped working for him for a good while...sucked, because he made me alot of money. Scary as hell though, till then we had never even hurt of shit like that...
†L† not to detract from ya'll in abuse vs. med abuse. I'm all about weed for all, fuck JUST med, as well as legalization of hemp oil....I should be able to go to my nearest convenience store to get a pre-rolled blunt. I pretty much have that now, but it should be actually AT the convenience store, and all I should need is to be over 18, 21 if it makes ya'll feel better.

Serapis I understand your reasoning, your politicians are using cali as a scapegoat, but you have to understand, they were going to find one anyways, and if they didn't, they would have created one. Thats how this bullshit mess got started in the first place, and even now in modern times they try ridiculous propaganda like a dog telling its master it doesnt like when she smokes...logic doesn't even come into the equation...
Take that, Reader's Digest™!!!

Also keep in mind not everyone was envisioning terminal ill patients when they voted for it. Many were just potheads, like most of us here, that really wanted it legalized, and that was the only avenue they were given. It gave them a chance to live a life getting high without having to worry about getting arrested that you and I live every day. Thats just why YOU would have voted for it. Like I said, I understand why your upset though, if someone told me, "hey, the weed you need, nope, not happening, because of what people on the other end of the continent did." I'm just saying maybe your angry at the wrong person...

Where they just fucking with him and making him paranoid?
honestly, I have NO idea, GOD I WISH I KNEW, it was freaky as hell, we were thinking some crazy thermal, and x ray shit, we were definately thinking the worst...
†LOL† now that you mention it, my friend said something like "yep, they know everything thats in his house...."
Hey, I tried to pm you a good while back, but it would let me...weird shit...

I'm not angry at this poster at all. I don't even know them. I'm angry at the situation that has me potentially facing 15 years in prison for what someone with allergies can do legally on the other side of these states. The laws are fucked up and those taking advantage of them are causing hardship for others, but i digress, I certainly don't expect them to do the right thing. After all, all you need is a script and your in....

:| you didn't get the memo? we were all enlightened, and thus sent out unto the world to act as one under the sacred knowledge...of...err....ERR, thats it, ERR! Yea, happened not but like 2 post ago... ;)
in all seriousness, a quick google search doesn't really show any test for the treatment of allergies, only a crapload of links to people claiming to be allergic to it...Don't really have allergies, so I couldn't tell you. Does help asthma though...

as a side note, how did we get on this tangent? wasn't this about helicopters that have hovered over you, or something? :blsmoke: just sayin...(coming from the guy that shifted this shit towards some strange and twisted, cult like version of enlightenment...hey, a nuke, thats what we need, we can worship it..don't get more cult than worshiping nukes....†LOL†)

if our gov was not so corrupt and i need of controling every part of our lives ,or get paid thick stacks to allow us the right to choose, we would not even be haven this conv. i have a card for tmj, migraine, and a back injury i had in 2000. i also have asthma, that is not one of my reasons to have the card but since then i have found that it helps alot for it. so many ppl are being fooled in cali right now over prop 19 and the “thinly-veiled prohibition". Apparently, to be pro-legalization and pro-initiative are two different things entirely. here is a site...http://votetaxcannabis2010.blogspot.com/2010/07/why-pro-pot-activists-oppose-2010-tax.html,
i took this to my lawyer and he said this site has good info and anyone voting should vote because they know what the bill is, not just in hopes of legalization...we are almost there..lets not give in to this scam of so called freedom.....
