Yeah I never really was a smoker but I`m about to quit the 4-8 cigs I smoke a day. It got out of hand exam time. Nothing to do with the risk of cancer or blood pressure or this stupid picture on the packet I have of someone undergoing heart surgery. Even though I don`t smoke a lot I`ll list my reasons in order of importance.
1)I want my lung capacity for sport.
2)I don`t want yellow teeth or a constant dry shitty mouth and throat.
3)It costs too much money and its a needless spend which can go on weed or other drugs

4)It smells bad to other people.
5)Its actually a worry, "I need a cig before this" "Fuck wheres my lighter" "Fuck no papers" goes on...
6)Its bad for your heart, circulation etc etc (whatever the packets are saying).
As you can see I don`t give a fuck about the heart problems later in my life, thats on the end of the list. The stuff on the packets mean nothing! It probs even makes it more tempting to smoke but I`m no psychologist. A plain white boring packet with a non-pictoral warning in fairly small letters would be the best choice, agreed with who said that in the thread
Plus save the lungs for the weed!
