growing seeds from 12/12 from the start.

I seen forums on growing seeds from 12/12 from the start. I was wanting to know how this works? What color lighting do you use at the start? How long to do you veg for?

There is not veg period, you would use a 12/12 light cycle from the time you put light to the soil. An HPS bulb would work just fine for this. I hear that indica strains are the best for this type of grow.

ok thank y very much. I was curious how many plants could a 250watt light grow and what strain of indica is good?

untill you see buds she is in veg yes in veg,feed veg food till you have buds.....all this on 12/12 from seed................don't ya just love it.............i do ;-)............... ps..... hps lights from start to finish

pps....................do not flush in last weeks of flower and keep the food up but back on a light feed... ;-)

search 12/12fs in the search bar and there is a thread devoted to people who grow 12/12 from seed, there are a lot of pages to sift through but ive read through some and people share how well certain strains react to the light cycle, also search multi strain 12-12 from seed serial violator has a nice grow journal with 3 or 4 different strains in coco and his plants turned out really nice

ok thank you very much. can you suggest a good strain for 12/12? I seen that indicas are best for 12/12

indicas are good but as for a strain, give the 12/12 to the one that you want to grow not what others are growing...........its your time and its your hard work....read read and read and pick the seeds you want..then post pics and the rest will want to grow what you have grown..... high times and that... bongsmilie

i grew flying dutchman gforce on 12/12 from seed 15 weeks later a got 1 and half foot plants and got 58 grms of dry bud from 3 plants under a 400 hps in soil with bio bizz nute line.smoke was great and it was all percy so i was happy

I am in my 2nd attempt in the Aerogarden (1st turned male). This time I decided to go 12/12 from seed and its coming along ALOT nicer. Growing GIRL SCOUT COOKIES, its a Hybrid strain. Started to show preflowers around 5 1/2 weeks-ish. Using XNUTRIENTS GROW/MICRO/BLOOM also maintaing PH with GENERAL HYDROs PH CONRTOLE KIT.

You can flower with straight Metal Halide, or veg with HPS, so you can really use whichever light you want...12/12 from clone is pretty freaking super too.
