No sign of flowering after 2 months

Hey guys,

Growing a fem sour diesel (rqs). Let it veg about 10 weeks from seed before flipping to 12/12. It's gonna be 2 months in a week since then and there has been zero sign of flowering (no pistils, calyxes etc). It's stretched maybe a few inches but aside from that very little progress. It's just sitting there, slowly losing leaves in the canopy. Fed her Biotabs for Veg and immediately started bloom nutes at 12/12. What's the issue here ?

Pictures. That's crazy. Something is def. wrong. My plants will be 90 days old on the 29th of this month. I know hydro grows are faster, but that's crazy. I hope you don't mind me posting the pics but thought they might allow you to see how off those numbers are. I think my plants might be finished and chopped before 4.5 months.

Looking fine ! Haven't been as fortunate with this one I have second diesel I started a month before this one which took its time to start showing sex but ultimately did after about 3 weeks. Which makes this all the weirder

i hit a "strain" once and it flowered very slowly. nothing good came out of it. maybe a bad batch of seeds
