Here's the three baby blueberry muffins. It has been less than 4 days since I dropped the seeds on the paper towel. Both of the green containers were only about half full when the sprouts broke through. I've already topped up both of the green containers with coco, so they've actually each stretched about an inch more that you can see here.

Seconded! I'm just finishing some Jordan's blue lights and they are really nice, but his blueberry looks really different from Peaks.

Peaks Blueberry seems to be based in earlier DJ Short work. Any ideas what JOTI uses for his blueberry?
I believe that he also uses a DJ Short version. Not 100% sure though. I seem to remember somebody mentioning it a few years ago.

It will be interesting to see the differences. If they both started with DJ's work there has clearly been some additions to the genetics by one or both of Peak and JOTI as they appear quite dissimilar in photos. Also, MikeJ's stuff is a 9 to 10 week finisher with some very long running phenos while the JOTI version is listed as 55-60 days to finish.

Looking forward to learning. :)

Just wake and baked with the SSC Purple Kush tester from above. It's still a little harsh, but it hits fast and hard. It tastes like it smells, kind of reminiscent of cheap red wine and another smell that I can only describe as "purple". It isn't grape or berry, it's just smells purple. /shrug

I've moved her in with the Neville's Haze, on a very short light cycle, to finish the last couple days. Going to take her on 50f and could have chopped a few days earlier, per the tester.

This pheno seems quite leggy. I thought it was too far from the light, but I've got a clone flowering in a different tent and it is showing the same behaviour. I'll probably let it go 55 or 60 days and see the difference in the flower.

Edit: the grinder I used has had a couple other strains in it since the wake'n'bake, but when I separate the halves I get hit with the PK smell. I hope it lasts through a cure, it's one of the more unique aromas I've encountered.

Update on how that works out when the time comes. I'm curious about how well it will work.

And post on how you like the Blueberry Muffin. I wanted to try that one at some point.
I am so happy I did this little germination experiment before I tried another reversal. I now remember why I said I wouldn't use this stuff again to make fem seeds. This is one of the muffins on day 6. Have you ever seen anything so ridiculous? I can't ever recall seeing cotyledons elongate like that.
Not only that, I've potted this fucker up twice already to support the stalk. There's at least another 4 or 5 inches of stem buried.

In the future, Ga3 will only ever be used by me as a last attempt to germ old seeds, or if I need a laugh.:roll:

I actually have seen that. It was an old batch of seeds and all the plants went on to be really nasty and eventually were culled. I am not saying this will be the case with yours, but it's just my own experience.

Update on the Blueberry Muffins: they have grown out of the ludicrous gibberelic-induced stretch and have reverted to a normal growth pattern. I've topped them to try to bush them out and will do my best to bury the goofy long stems when I pot up. They are now nice looking plants, I hope there's at least one male and one female.

that haze plant is looking out of control. I look forward to seeing it when it finally finish up.
Im also interested in how the blue muffins finish up.

Haze exhausted my patience on day 121 of flower. Early samples are disappointing. Oh well, it was a 5 year old freebie so I can't be too upset. Quality bud would have been nice, but I'll settle for the experience. :)

The blueberry muffins are doing really well. They showed sex quite early, not sure if that was due to genetics or the GA3. The first female has been potted up to its final container and will be flipped soon. Of the remaining 2, one is confirmed female by the preflowers and on the 3rd I'm not quite willing to make a call yet. They just passed the one month mark. I like to veg a new strain 6 weeks for consistency as it makes comparing progress and yields easier if there are fewer variables.

did you take any cuts my friend? Of the haze - in your pictures, any cuts at all? or maybe the rootstalk still intact?

No, no cuts were taken. The plant wasn't worth keeping around, I wanted it gone. There are lots more seeds to be popped, no time or space for an underwhelming pheno.
