I’m not that bothered about the money, I was looking forward to getting those strains, I looked elsewhere to buy them and can’t find anywhere, that’s probably more annoying, suppose I’ll just give it a week or two then try and claim money back

This 100%. It's always funny to read the GLO emails then see the same strains that were just on sale suddenly posted by all those IG auction accounts a couple weeks later! And people paying double or triple what they were on GLO

Ordered many times always card, always got my stuff. Never quick but it showed up. Just be patient I'm pretty sure he screws with people that get lippy via email. As I have told others if you need something to pop yesterday this isn't your spot but if you already got beans and want a deal

Ditto. Sometimes the tracking was sent immediately, one time I didn't get a tracking email for a week then he sent the tracking email the same day it showed up hah. I've never felt the need to email them about the status of an order, just waited and they have all shown up.

It's been said before but glo does do preorders on stuff without always making it clear. You could be buying something expecting it in 3-7 days and it actually had a 1-2 months preorder wait time on it.

@Dividedsky apparently I can't read because the Blueberry Mojito is clearly from LIT as well and not a GLO strain... guess there's another order in my future!

I have taken advantage of glo's insane prices. A few orders took a bit, but a email asking about status = tracking number within 24 hours.
I bought his London fighter (London pound cake x starfighter) running it this winter indoors.

I made an order on April 19 2021, have not received anything from them. No response to my email. No money back. All my emails bounce when I send it to them. Tried messaging them on Instagram too. this is fucked and I want my money back.

I had the same problem, I think my order was March, I’ve just received it, he ignored me for a month, suppose you just have to sit it out, as frustrating as it is, he comes through in the end, if I got a message to say I’m probably looking at a few weeks I’ll put some freebies in, it wouldn’t of been a problem, it’s very annoying being blanked, I thought he was a knocker but he just longs people off

Thank you for the welcome! I actually came across this site when looking into GLO and found lots of others have had the same issue. I ordered these seeds for my boyfriend. I paid with my Mastercard. Ive disputed the charge twice but haven't heard back from the bank... going to give them a call tomorrow

I purchased these seeds for my boyfriend. I am not a seed officianado myself, they were just a gift. Sad that this is the customer service that people provide. Life during covid is hard. I just want my money back

Yes the owner is a quirky asshole but he sells the cheapest seeds in the game. If he tried to charge the same price, no one would order. He prob makes the trade off of selling cheap seeds to do as he pleases.
That's good that you paid with CC as you have recourse. How long ago did you dispute the charge? They usually give the merchant a few days or a week to respond to their inquiries.

Total I paid with conversion is $167.36... not sure if this is a good deal or not, but obviously NOT since I did even receive them! I paid on my westjet mastercard and I'm going to call tomorrow for the charges to be reversed.

Are you located outside the US? If so I hear that it takes even longer to get shipped out than domestic and we wait quite awhile. And yes that pack peeked my interest as well. Did you pay the price on the site? He sends out an email that lists all his deals for the given day.

Hey! I live in Canada. I paid $95 originally just for the seeds but that's US and then the shipping and conversion etc it came out to $167. I'm not sure if that what was on the site! The link to pay was just sent to me by my bf.

I am a GLO (whore). The Amber emails are deadly. A few orders have taken a couple of weeks max. If I don't have a tracking # within a week. I send a email with order # and transaction # and usually get a tracking number within 36 hours. This last order I hadn't heard anything so email sent. I get a email back saying he is a one person show and it might take up to 2 weeks. I then get a tracking # within hours of other email.
I have spent over 3 grand over last 6 months with GLO. Gotten every order. The genetics have been insanely good at wholesale prices.
Any Clearwater's gear off the charts. LiT for basically $35 a pack after 3 freebies added.
Compound grape gasoline line. My Pink Certz are looking good so far. The price I paid for 6 packs was Insane. Worth the risk.
All I can add is I really hope he gets some help so this thread isn't needed.
