Plants are happy, and they should be flipped soon I just wish my canopy was nice and even but this run was an experiment to see if I can flower in 5 gallons and not run outta gas so to speak
and also it will minimize stretch on some strains, especially for test plants that I can always run again as clones in bigger pots and I really thought I’d have less males than I did but it’s all good regular seeds are the way to go for me
I gotta start my first pack of testers that I received two days ago from Norstar Genetics, the strain is Humboldt Fog (UK Cheese x W.C.S.D.)
I only have 8 ft ceilings minus the few feet I need to hang my lights above the canopy so I can only grow plants to my chest height and I’m a mere 5’7” tall so that is only 4’ to 4 1/2’ at finish if I let them get as big as I can like the Holy Roller Haze female I have in there
Awesome so we’re doing the testers at the same time ? Hell yeah that’ll be cool to see on here, I can’t wait to germ mine next plus see yours take off soon too!Healthy and spot on.
I got Dark Desire x wcsd.
Super excited!
That’s how I have it, staple panda film to the door frame with a zipper in the middle. Over time and wear and tear, needs replaced maybe once a year. Easy peasy.Thinking to replace my swinging door to my walk-in closet to save space and get in and out easier as well, I was leaning towards stapling panda film to my door frame and use an adhesive zipper to access the space and keep it light proof…
Hydrofarm also has these zipper doors you can buy that attach directly to the door frame only problem with those is they are huge about 57 and 1/2” w by 96” h so I don’t know if they can be modified to fit a smaller door frame like my pretty small closet door which is only 24” w x 80” h sadly…
any ideas or suggestions are welcome, the bottom line is I need easy access that doesn’t take away from the floor space like a swinging door does, and I need it lightproof (unlike my swinging door is) and mostly airtight to keep in heat, moisture, and c02 but I know the panda film won’t be 100% air tight etc…
My current door is in the picture, and I added weather stripping to keep it more light and air tight, but I hate how much space the swinging motion takes up, and if I’m able to I want to squeeze in a few more plants where the door
Perfect, I am glad to hear it lasts a lil bit tooThat’s how I have it, staple panda film to the door frame with a zipper in the middle. Over time and wear and tear, needs replaced maybe once a year. Easy peasy.
