Personally I look at it as totally optional. I'll also echo what others have said as far as it's fine to do during veg, but not a good idea during flowering due to mold, rot, etc...
Also like CoolDudeStuff said, spraying just before the lights go off is the best time to do that. If you spray during during lights on, then basically the water droplets on your foliage act as tiny magnifying glasses for the light and can scorch your leaves.
I've never sprayed any of my plants so far, not because I think its bad or anything, just never seem to be able to find the time to do it near lights off. I even have a bottle of Magic Green if I ever do decide to give it a whirl...
I'll tell you, timers are a life saver. That is until the power goes out and you gotta reset them bitches.
props on the dyna gro! lol i love that stuff, you know it only makes about a 650ppm solution if you follow the directionsThey seem too be responding well too the dyna grow nutes too, not managed too burn them yet!

(which i didnt do at first lol) but i think thats the key, it supplies everything the plant needs at a low ppm so it wont burn it. genius! lol
well, my veg batch consists of 1tsp (5ml) per gallon "gro", 3/4 tsp per gallon bcuzz root, and 1/4 tsp per gal pro-tekt,and my waters t.d.s. is about 250 ppm before i add nutes, and about 7.0 in ph.after adding nutes to the hard water, the ph levels out to about 5.8-6.0 .when i ad the nutes to R.O water it becomes very acidic and i just compensate with a little extra pro-tekt because it is very much a base. i could up the gro to 2-3 tsp per gal if i wanted to get aggressive, but i did that last time and it cause some nute burn, i said forget the directions and just set my ppms at 1300, but learned the hard way that it was too much. from what ive heard since then, is 600- 900 ppm is optimal for all vegging plants even seedlings, even though i try to cut it down to about 400 ppm when im cloning.Iv never measured it out, I literally pour it straight in the watering can! Seems too be working fine tho! How do u mix it kushdaddy? Like what's ur personal preference?

how big is your watering can? and how often do you feed them? too much nutes can cause lockup and burning, but if your flushing it well with water in between feedings id say youre probably ok...Wow that sounds a lot more technical than I can be bothered too get into! Haha maybe in the next grow I'll look into nutes more. For now iv been pouring a tablespoon or 2 of 'gro' and 'bloom' straight in my watering can.....
Nothing bads happened so fuck it! Lol cheers for the info mate, glad too see ur grows going well!

Looking pretty! How much more can you expect from a topped plant? I mean, as long as they have the same amount of roots I suppose they take in the same amount of nutes... sooo the same amount of bud...? Idk
it just seems wierd
