If you're getting 40W per square foot you're in ok shape. Keep it small and those lights will do ok, for one plant, or two really small ones (12/12 lighting from the start) you have about a square yard to work with there.

Id add eother cal mag or epsom salts to yer feed as well i do a tablespoon epsom salts per gal every other feed.
