Do they look healthy? Are they ready for transplant? They are about month old from seed under two 40 watt cool white fluorescent tubes and on the side to compliment 3- 23 watt and two 14 watt cfl warm white I believe. Is the lighting enough to harvest something around a oz per plant. In miracle gro and dont think I want to use any nutes or much if I decide

Well the plants look like they have too mich nitrogen with the burned tips and clawing a bit from over watering . Id cut the feeds down and anothr 2 weeks in cups for the roots to develop, i cant tell for sure in the pics but it looks like you may have a mag deficienct as well

You going to need way more light than you currently have. Yes transplant them into bigger pots and get some proper nutes organic if you like. I would not be feeding them anything until they are 3 times the size that they are now. Good luck

They seem over watered. Biggest mistake growers make indoor is over watering. Get them into bigger pots and get them under a good 150 watt cfl to start with

Your in miracle GRO soil now if I understand correctly from above .....that soil can be pretty hot IMO especially for young plants

The only reason I say that is cause the tips look like your soil is pretty hot that's all if there's any possible way you can get another soil I would strongly suggest that IMO .....there's people who use MG soil don't get me wrong but there's way better options made just for what we grow for cheap man It's worth it

Sure.....there's soils that are made for just young plants that are in early stages that are meant to be switched when you pot up or transplant so switching your soil isn't guna hurt or shock em as long as you transplant correctly you'll be fine and I honestly think your plants will do much better in a good soil opposed to MG.....MG has a lot of stuff in it from the get go that's formulated for a number of different plants which isn't a bad thing in and of itself . But there's very reasonable soils out there that are formulated just for what your growing that would be much better
