First time grow, advice/feedback greatly appreciated!

I hate wolf spiders, we got those here too! I was digging up our back hill a couple years back to put in berry bushes and I kept tearing up their holes, and they come out all reared up with their front legs up and their huge fangs sticking out in the air, I HATE them! But yeah, praying mantises are awesome, hopefully I can get some cool vids of them hunting, I have been having good luck filming the squirrels lately

You film tree rats, I hunt the little buggers. They smoke up real nice and make great treestand fare while waiting for ole mossyhorns to stroll by. Yep, i think that qualifies me for redneck status...lol

Haha no, procrastination, persistent rain, and possibly a bit of sentimentality had stayed my hand for the minute. I didn't think it was gonna be this hard to pull the trigger, I thought I would be itching to cut early not stalling for every excuse I can hahaha. Her leaves are turning some crazy colors right now due to deficiencies since she hasn't been fed in forever, it's really kinda beautiful.

Absolutely! The wife makes fun of me constantly because she catches me just sitting there staring at it all the time. Think it's screwing with my eyes, I didn't realize until she pointed it out that the light is so bright with so much UV that it darkens my transitions glasses when I'm lookin at the plant hahaha

Your wife does too!!...Good for you wearing those, UVB is hard on the eye's. I wear my polarized maui jim's under my cmh...J

Edit: but seriously ace, take some pics of her before you lay her down. I love the colorful leaves as much as frosty nugs

Hahaha! Thank you kindly! And yes sir, all plant material as well as the myco rich soil will all be going into the compost pile! I'm excited to see what her root ball looks like

Lol, same here. For me it's because I wanna see how fucked up the air gap is from transplant though
