First Soil Grow, In My Closet

I planned on it, I am fortunate enough that the roof right above my room is not able to be seen from all 4 sides of the house, I can stand in the middle and no one can see me so I plan on putting my plants there for their entire lifetimes once they are ready.

NOOOOOOO, I'm only left with 23 now. All the others had sprouted but were still under a paper towel, but I left it in the sun and they burned up today. I had been leaving them there cause they are in a black paper towel but it dried up and cooked them-.-

Well I got bored so I decided to take some pics of my grow setup. It's just three rubbermaid containers stacked with holes in the lids and bottoms to let my 400 watt MH get enough light to the plants. The light is in the highest container and the plant is in the bottom one, the middle is purely for ventillation. It has 1 intake and 3 exhaust fans. The single container is for all of the seedlings, it has 4 42 watt cfls and one 26 watt.

thanks, and here are day 28 pics. I started to use LST to get some light to the lower branches that are starting to pop up, and or course to control height.

the soil got to 120 degrees earlier today and I pulled it out of the sun as soon as I noticed, they aren't wilting though. they have looked like that from day 1. the yellowing is from a nitrogen burn a few days ago.

Well I started using superthrive and recently topped. They've started filling out nicely. I'll have pics tomorrow. I also used the top as a clone so I can figure out the sex of this one.

what company makes it? I've looked on HTG supply but they have all their products separated by brand.

I'm really starting to hate how rollitup is making my first picture appear as a link. I usually put a duplicate pic before it so one is a link and the second is the actual picture.

I envy you. right now I'm broke and can't afford to get any nutrients like that. I also noticed that you got carbo load. Isn't that stuff just molasses in a different form?

Carboload is just sugar. Not sure what molasses are, but I think they're more similar to voodoo juice.

Carboload is amazing stuff. If you want lots of frost (trich's) then this shit will give it to you.

I'll look into those molasses things as I've heard them mentioned a few times on this site. Videoman is a big fan I believe; aren't they for soil growers?

yes it is for soil. and Molasses is tree sap with vital nutrients...but it's mainly just sugar. I like it on my eggos^^
