First Set-Up W/ Tent & LED

In 2nd week of seedling stage, a few days away from early veg.. wondered what you guys thought.. any suggestions on how to better any methods i'm currently doing.. Seeds have been put in seedling and cutting soil to get them started (not really a bad fan if im honest) given all 3 a very light mix of calmag, ph'd water and an extremely diluted vegetive growth feed.. I wondered also how well the plants will do they're under 'MARS HYDRO REFLECTOR 144x5 the tent is about 125cm/5" in width n depth will they do okay under this lighting?
Any tips and tricks hit me up!

I guess they look the best they can under a mars...!
How many real w is it?
Split the w in two and you will know max yield...as 0.5gpw is a max with this kind of panel!
How many gpw do you use to pull with a hps?
I am curious if you will go to the end of the grow with this panel...I really hope for you (and for me!...I am really curious!)
I say that because most of the growers here know that it is shitty panels with 0 after sale service...or if you reach them you need to solder yourself new parts!
