First project, SoG CFL, need advise.

Hey guys, I've been enjoying Marijuana for some time now, and recently I found a seed that a friend (and former provider) gave to me some months ago, kinda like a joke. A couple of weeks ago I was way into Bonsai gardening, but due to lack of time and patience I quit, however gardening stuff were all over my room so, again kinda like joking, I planted the seed, and couple of days later it germinated and now I have a little, 1/2 an inch tall, sprout.

At first I was incredulous, and still now I have my doubts about it being an actual Marijuana sprout, but after searching over the web, seems like it is, it has two small round leaves, and two smaller new ones in the middle spear-shaped with serrated edges (if it isn't, from this point, the rest of the thread is pretty much useless :P ).

So, a couple of days ago I started my research on growing indoors - just to clarify my situation, I live with my parents until next year, and they won't be cool with this, although in my country, possession is not illegal - when I found SoG and I knew that was the starting point of my project.

My project:

I am not a strictly regular smoker, basically I smoke when the mood is right, it could be once a month, or once a week, so I am not interested in the continuous harvest/all year cycle of the SoG method, instead of having lots of small plants, in inverted cycles of growth, I will attempt to have 2 to 4 plants in inverted cycles, and the mother.
The main idea is to have those plants, no more taller than 10~15 inches, and try to get the best out of them.

So this is the part when I start showing my ideas, and the concepts I have after researching, so please feel free to correct me, constructive criticism is totally welcomed.

My setting:

I'll be using a 40x40~ inch CPU case for all, the plan is to clean it, isolate and seal every hole and opening with duct tape and nylon sheets (mostly for the smell and to isolate inside light), set 2 computer fans (coolers), one for suck air into the case, and the other to suck it out, both covered with active carbon filters (I am really worried about the smell).

Light:

This is the part I am not confident with, I'll start with 1 CFL (energy saving) 20W bulb (equivalent to a 100W incandescent) in a 18/20 cycle for vegetating. I am specially not confident with this one, but according to my search, light is most important in the flowering phase, so I plan to have 2 CFL 20W in the case when flowering, in a 12/12 cycle.

Regarding temperature and humidity, as this is my first attempt, I don't think I'll be able to get THAT much control over this stuff, watering is not a problem, neither fertilizers, but temperature...I'll have to go with the heat generated by the bulbs, we are in winter right now, so for vegetating I guess that will be ok, but in spring I may have to get one fan over the bulb to prevent overheating (which I hope will be less with the air circulation system).

Extra stuff and ideas:

I've also been thinking about how to keep the plants small, from what I've been reading, if the light source is near the plant, it will not grow as high as it normally would, but well I am also familiar with techniques like topping or cropping/supercropping because all of them are applied in Bonsai gardening as well, maybe not exactly but the concept is the same.

I'll be posting my progress here, with some pics, but for now here's one of my little baby :D, please please please, comments and criticism are much appreciated and if I am on the right way, also please let me know, so my doubts go away.

PS: Cross your fingers for a female :D

Finished with the box, it's pretty simple and nothing fancy, but I guess no one in my house will touch it, being a CPU case, I am really strict with my computer stuff, light is fairly isolated, but it will be more when I add some tin foil to reflect it.
Anyways, I'll edit this later to include pics of my growing box, as now I am starving.
