For a 5x5 the easiest would be getting about 9 qbs, either hlg or other cheaper versions exist. Put them on some alusheet, 3mm and about 2-3 inches larger than the qb. Put them on 3 hlg185s or other 200w drivers and frame them in rows of 3. It will be slightly light on wattage. But theres appint to that, i dont think no-till is a good medium for a maxed out led setup as you wont be able to control nutes as well as in hydro.
Cost of this would be around 500$ plus alu backing frame cables and wagos, if you go the china way with the boards.

Simple to make. But if you have funds i would recommend buying something if youre starting at step 1 on diy

US: horticultural lighting group(HLG), timber growlights, pacific light concepts, Amare, im sure i forget someone...
Canada Bc blondes or HLG canada.
Australia: Cutter electronics or even better, hit up @Prawn Connery for a look at his boards, but remember these are really geared towards flower and not vegg
Uk: diyleduk.com or invisible sun horticulture.
There are some others, gavita , fluence which all have good units.
Most people around here would probably advice HLG.
I hope that if i forgotten any sponsor you dont hold it against me.
I would probably rec a hlg550 if you have plenty of height or 3 x their 240w units or even 5 single units.

If you use a quality soil as a base you can get by with adding/spending less on amendments. I use Foxfarms ocean forest as a base for my soil mix

start with maybe 3 or 4 solskins for a 5x5 they say 1 per 2x2 so go 2 or 3 to cover it i run 2 in a 1.2x.1.2 and fricken loving it

I’m hoping to do exactly this! I got the GeoPot instead of the bed, though. Also from Black Swallow. Wonder if I should’ve done the bed instead, I find the PVC not included aspect to be annoying
