first grow tipps with cup method

hey guys ive been thinking of starting to grow, my buddie just started germinated them and have been growing for 6 days now. his method was out of a cup with a strong lamp,

any tips for starting this with cheap money, how strong does the lights have to be? any tips? thanks guys :):bigjoint:bongsmilie

EDIT: okayy so i have a old computer that i can use as well as the lightbulbs i have now are " soft white long life 60w/ 120v"

you would need 3-5 cfls depending on how much space you have. and the insides best choice is mylar, but you can use a car reflector and cut it to size. if your budget is low you can use aluminium foil, but crumple up into a ball and lay it out so it will be less likely to create hot spots on your plants in the future.try not to get temps above 82F. and78F would be most ideal
