Just another quick update. The two plants that were in the veg box that wernt transplanted yet went into new pots tonight. I may end up losing them both since I put some rooting agent on them and buried some of the stem to shorten them from their earlier stretch. Worse case situation is i lose em and have to pop a few more beans to replace them. Its still early enough that I can play around with things in the veg/clone/mother box and not effect the next crop.

Girls look great! MJ is ridiculously resilient. I have saved many plants by putting them back in my DIY bubbler while resolving hpa issues

if your serious you need to talk to the user phillip christian he will direct in how correctly use those assets. also i would recommend you start a thread before you jump into anything and do mass research.

So far I am really liking what these bulbs do. I bought my bulbs before all the information was out so if I were to go back I wouldnt have bought my Fiji Purples, I would have just gotten 3 Flora Suns, but the only reason for that is I actually know what the spectrum is on the FS's, not true on the Fiji's. This grow however will not be the one to tell me if I am staying with PAR t5's or not. I had too many issues with this crop that was unrelated to the lighting. Next grow when I move to hydro will be a better test with my lighting setup since I can control the growing enviroment even more when I go to hydro.

Edit: Also thanks for your service brother. I wish I still had my signing bonus from when I served. My entire garage would be a grow room if I still had that kind of money lol.

Hey man (continuing from PF's thread)... there's not much else to say except that You'll like Dyna-gro, and follow Homebrewer's feeding levels and advice, you'll get similar results and it really is that good of a nute and so simple to use... :)

How is the salt build up with DG brother? I am either going to do DWC or RDWC or a aero/nft setup (havent started building yet since I have about 5-6 weeks left) but with it being my first hydro just trying to figure out now what I am going to be in for down the line if you know what i mean.

We are phasing our cooks out, it's all civvies except for in the field now. I think I may try this on my gdp mother, she's getting unmanageable. She has about 8-10 main stalks right now though, and they're all over a foot. You think that would be a good start for a ScrOG? I was thinking about just fanning it out and going straight to flower.

Let me start by saying I am by no means a SCROG expert, I just followed advice. Saying that I will tell you what I was told. Scroging is going to add at least 2 weeks to veg and it is time consuming from the moment you put the screen on till the stretch after 12/12 stops. Depending on how flexible your branches are and your main stock you might be able to knock a week or so of that veg time off if you can lower your screen lower then the top of your plant now. Then its tucking every day or two times a day until the stretch stops. But the good thing is if you are flowering with t5's it spreads your light across the whole plant and gives them more energy. Hopefully that is helpful.

I can completely bend all my stalks flat to the top of my pot, so it shouldn't be too bad then. Sweet, I'll have to give it a try.

They say to lolipop it after the switch but if yours does what mine does and bushes up she will use the nutes and drop em herself since the cannopy will take up every useable speck of light. So you can do either.

Yeah, this thing already drops lower leaves off on it's own. This GDP strain I have is like a shrub.

About as little salts as you can get actually... ;) It's the hidden gem in your hydro store- promise...

Sweet. The more i do research on it the more I think its the way to go, even if the NPK values arent set perfect for our uses. HB figured it out really well.

Yup... He is Mr. Dyna-gro lol... I actually have used it for 20 years, and HB has made me think alot more about how good it really is. There is no magic in a bottle, however the Magic of Dyna-gro is that all you need is in there, and with the very few bottles you'll use- bet you'll get better results than if you used the whole AN setup! Not to mention so much less room for error due to simplicity...
