TRUE,and seemingly history loaded w/ examples of ignorance/hatred when used as a means to an end, the pain and suffering inflicted,and way more often than not it's failure to achieve those means would lead to ACCEPTANCE. The lessons are there,but it's a rinse and repeat,and back down the same road.
