can be, but if this the case the it still applys, set 100% duty cycle to 350mA and go from there.
i know this case is a bit specific as normally leds gain more beeing more underdriven, you are of course right in general.
the datasheet data can be complete rubish there too, maybe they simply didnt measured below a certain point or whatever.
but i just can work with this.
they maybe also not really taking into account that the lower drive current means gains due to lower heat emitted, idk.
to my "problem" which is none really.
i was just in the situation needing to draw only about 20% of the 320w driver, in this case, duty cycle set to 525mA and dimmed to 20% would have been better seeing the curves.
yes splitting the drivers could be one option, while the smaller ones arent working as efficient as the 320w when you want 320w, well you know the curves, test reports etc.
