Many of us see biofilms in our buckets. Sometimes my airstones look new and clean, but just as often they are covered in a layer of snot. The sides of my buckets get slick as well. The difference is that the roots are not affected and grow just fine. I will trust you when you say you are sure it is slime, and not just biolfilm. You would have to treat the res like the cloner from page 69 of this thread. There are no roots, so add housing for the bennies and add more tea every other day. Even if it is the slime, your plants should be just fine in an ebb and flow. The roots spend too much time in air for the slime to thrive on them. It can still cause Ph swings in your res and what not, but it should not threaten your strains. Change your nutes and you will be fine. Switch to GH three part, or dutch master, or any synthetic chemical line. Floranova can not be used in slime prone systems.
