There are few different ways people play or specific games. I can't really remember how they went but usually we would just try to pass the hack around the circle making sure everyone got a kick without it hitting the ground and keep track how many times we could do it. And if you dropped it or fucked up someone would whip the hacky at you as punishment. Always my favorite part besides smoking

Well i doubt we live in same area so I can't really help ya but just gotta talk to people or use the internet. Burning man and other fests happen annually not really a rave persay but in the right direction. so that's an easy one and I know having lived in SOCAL until recently that all over the southwest US there are raves happening all the time summer time is when I'd hear about most of them. Vegas is good spot year round. Really I think in any large city you can find them.
