You literally just outlined the problem. The Government has no reason to “do bias.” Partisanship is the issue with America today. You, being a Buddhist, should understand that Duality is an illusion. They don’t serve politics, they serve the people.

That plot shows the black to white disparity was still 6:1 in 2006. Are you claiming that black people are genetically more prone to crime?

White privilege is due to a genetic problem that exists in whites.
