No algae doesn't hurt the plants but the simply fact is it's growing on the tops of the pots meaning the top of the media is staying to wet so you can imagine what the moisture level is in the root zonePls scroll and see pics.. there's algae growing on the perlite and he's fertigating the seedling twice a day. You have too high humidity and too high temp. You can do one or the other but you will kill them with both. I'd drop the humidity but it's your choice. My plants grow in over 100 canopy with 10% humidity getting watered once a day, like right now, today.
More water to fuck up your CEC in a plant who can barely transpire. She's drowning from her stoma closing from the humidity. The drowning is in your air not your pot.
His meter is a 500 conversion so it's an EC of 1 to 1.2. Hope that helps and you can help him.
Ro water and maxibloom around 0.8-1 gram/gal
Because I've done dwc grows with it on quite a few strains and never felt nitrogen deficiency. Plants grow well with maxibloom alone.
