Can anyone please identify this issue?

I had to leave my girls alone for a couple days, this one grew within about 16” (thought i left her at about 19”-20”) of my Maxsisun PB2000 LED (not too strong of a light) it also got up to about 86F for at least a few hours…Could it be one of those? I’ve already raised it back to about 20” and lowered the temps of my lung room. Thanks for any advice, it’s my first grow…All the yellow tips are actually twisted tips…or is that normal for preflower, she is in between 3-4 weeks

Leave both the temperature and the light high. Don't mess with the room temperature at the moment.

Fuuuuu, I freaked and cooled it a bit, I’ll get it back up some, they have seemed really happy at around 82F give or take…Thanks @hotrodharley
