I'm on week 4 of veg indoors in my 1.2x1.2x2m tent. My plants are canoeing and new growth appears to me extremely light yellow compared to normal. Growing in coco/perlite mix, 40litre pots, feeding correct amount of coco base A and B. Also feeding mighty growth, wilt guard, bio balancer, and regen-a-root. Ph is between 6-6.5
Growing under 600w hps. Not ideal spectrum I know but usually have no problems-just a little slower growth than using metal halide or a veg spectrum l.e.d. light on Temps between 26degrees and 28.5degrees. Light off temp between 18-23 depending on the weather outside. using correct size exhaust fan and carbon filter. Tent sucks in. Have a duct for fresh, cold air intake and also a oscillating fan inside the tent for air movement.
Photos attached are of some leaves I removed that are the most effected but it's slowly showing throughout all 4 of my plants. The strain is Garlic Budder.

You've got so much stuff going in it's difficult to know where the problem is.

A good start with coco is test the run off, it should be within 0.3ec of the input nutrient, what total ec are you using?
Are you feeding to run off daily?
I'm not testing ec as Ive never had any issues and usually pull 35-40 oz off of 4 plants in a 1.2x1.2 metre tent. Should I start testing ec and I'm currently feeding every second day till run off as the coco in these bigger pots hasn't dried out much after 24 hours. Should I start daily feeds?

Canoed leaves are usually a condition of high wind, high heat, low moisture and/or high EC.
Also stressed plants do better in a milder climate.

Things you can do to alleviate issues....

Raise light and/or add a diffuser, HPS puts out lots of IR that will heat leaves over tent temps.
Lower overall temp in tents.
Try to maintain RH of around 60%
Lower fan speeds, don't blow directly on plants
Run lower EC, something around 1.0EC is good for stressed plants. Even though you are in a lot of coco for small plants, water at least once a day.

Welcome to RIU.
I suggest you eliminate all of the snake oil products and just use the basic nutes.
Start feeding daily to substantial run off, don't use plain water......ever.
Next time I suggest smaller pots.......I finish my plants in 9 ltr pots.
Keep your pH around 6.0.
Good luck.

What nutes out of the ones I listed would you recommend?

Testing EC/PPM is one of the cheapest and easiest trouble shooting methods there is. It looks a lot like over feeding. Burnt tip, dark green puffy leaves and clawing. An alternative could be are you spraying anything on the leaves ? I've had similar issues spaying end all on my plants. Completely burnt up my leaves and they looked just like yours with how puffy they are.
