calyx & pistil on a sprout??

Ok gang i thought i'd share this with you..

just germed another bunch of seeds for the next grow(lifesaver), this is 2 days since they poked their heads through the compost, all are fine and growing nicely, but i just noticed what looks like a calyx + pistil on a 2 day old plant!!!!!!...Impossible surely?
I've never seen this before on ANY of the seeds i've germed over the yrs and i'm curious as to what the hell it is??
I have looked at it under microscope and from what i can see it does seem to be calyx shaped with a small thin white pistil emerging from it.. I'm almost convinced that it isnt leaf material forming....I've had some crazy mutants before but nothing like this...What bout you guys n gals??
