CaB STeAlth Grow /w Cfl'S - FiRst groW - MisTy, Speed Queen

seems like im the only one who dont know how to set up a small thing of lights i dont know how to wire please help

yea how old are those plants? my plants are way young and i have 5 and only using one 42w and they are growing very well. im using mriacle grow organic soil mixed with dirt from outside and i threw like a cap full of miracle grow fertilizer on it them. my oldest one is like 9 days old and its growing good. gonna start a journal soon. prob today.
