Thanks and your right, I could not in good faith rissk 5 years of my life in the hands of a jury knowing I was guilty. I did what I had to do to support those I care about in a failing economy, I guess I should have went and got welfare and food stamps I guess............Point is I knew the consequences before I did the action and if I didnt think i could deal with them I would not have did it. I will go do my time with no regrets and if it took it to feed my family I would do the exact same thing............minus the getting caught lol

Me too...........they defitanly violated my 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment rights, but on a scale 6 defititnate months vs a risk of 5 years and knowing they will all lie for each other..........I will do the 6.......I did the crime and will handle the time, I teach my kid to accept responsibility for his actions so I would be a hyprocrite not to do the same.
 
I know it is a bit late for the update but I went to court and somehow my lawyer worked everything out to 90 days, here you get 5 for 2 so I would have had to duo 36 but as my luck sucks I got staph infection in there and ended up doing 57.

2 months after I got out DEU pulled me over and told me they had information I sold cocaine and pills which I never have and after argument they said "let ys look in your house and if we find nothing you will never see us again" so I told them lets go.....they came, looked like idiots and left.


Straight and narrow now but in the end it was all worth the ride.
