I've lived in Southern California most of my life, when Los Angeles county held a majority of white people, now latino is the majority, the only thing that changed was the number..

Until a CONSENSUAL transaction is agreed to, who still OWNS the property in question?

When you purchase property, you have to be fair about it too. If the original owner and prospective purchaser do not arrive at a consensual deal , and the prospective purchaser forces the transaction anyway...what just happened?
