bulk shroom grow

I have done bulk before so im in dire need of help

First off i want to use 12 1/2p brf cakes

Horse poo as spawn

And a camping cooler using a 1:4 ratio

So i doubt i could fit all 12 jars in one xamping cooler huh? Maybe a few idk. Help on this bulk grow thanks!

Do 3 1/2pints per tub. The $.99 sterilites from walmart work great IMO.
Once ur jars are colonized, break them up in a gallon zip lock with some tap water, turn it into a slushie like mix, then mix it with your poo/straw/verm mix thats been sterilized. these tubs should colonized in about 10 days in my experience. after they colonize, just put the whole tub in your fruiting chamber and youll be good as long as u dont contam somewhere along the way.

a few bulk monotub grows....... get a bunch of see threw totes........ with the holes poly, ect.... then stack them on top of each other.... then on the back end of this put one t-12 40 watt 48 inch floro..... it wont even touch your light bill.... like this you can pull punds fast...... ive had more then 16 oz. first flushes from isolated mycellium....... and were talking that much per tote my man

you could do that too... but better would be make some grow bags.... like 3 pound grow bags-5 pounds...... pressure cook them and shit, and innoculate that..... then let that shit collonize... do atleast like 5-8 growbags man.... get your weight up...
once that shit is done col. spawn that to some dung/straw..... then you will get some meaty flushes and a great pinset.... keep humidity in the 95% and up range

and fuck rice flour.... use wild bird seed, or rye......

make monotubs

do you know how to prepare grains? ie wild bird seed or rye berry
if so id recommend using grains in widemouth quart jars. i get my grains from walmart, Pennington Wild Bird Seed ($10 for 25lbs)
once you've prep'ed and inoculated your jars they'll colonize in about 2 weeks, compared to BRF at 30 days.
also when you are ready to spawn your colonized WBS to your horse poo, youll have so many more inoculation points
each seed is a colonization point. the more colonizations points the faster your horse poo will colonize
the faster your horse poo colonizes the less risk there is for contaminated failure

definitely make monotubs, go to walmart and buy the 64 quart clear rubbermaids
drill 2 holes , each 1.5" in diameter,for each long side about 5 inches from the ground spaced about 10-12" apart. then drill one hole on both short sides right below the handle (also 1.5" in diameter)
line the inside of your rubbermaids with a black trashbag, this will prevent light from hitting the substrate causing side pinning. all your mushrooms will grow off the top layer

after your quart jars are done colonizing you can pound your wrist against it to loosen up the grains
mix the amount of spawn youd like to use with your bulk substrate and level it out so it sits right below the holes you drilled on the long sides
then duct tape all the holes you drilled and put the lid on the rubbermaid.
put the monotub inside a large black trashbag and tie the bag shut
let it sit for 15 days then open bag and the horsepoo/wild bird seed should be solidified into one big block of mycellium
take off the duct taped holes and refill them with polyfill

then add fresh air exchange and a 12/12 light cycle
youll have pins within 5 days

yeah you gotta let wild bird seed/grains soak in water before you p/c them..........

or you can buy a few 5 gallon buckets from lowes
dump enough WBS to fill the bucket half way
boil 7 quarts of water and dump it onto the WBS and seal the lid quickly
let it sit for 1 hour then run it through a large strainer (you can make one out of another 5 gal bucket or use window screen) with water running through it til the water goes through it coming out clear. let it air dry for an hour or 2 then fill your jars

i highly recamend bags over jars....... the grow bags will be crumbly, and fully colonized and will be contam free.... when your breaking up jar they may not be fully colonized in the center but will apear so on surface........ this can invite all kinds of nasties... turn your cakes all kinds of funky colors..

The thing is i need steal so now big bags. Thats why im sticking with a cooler. And i have horses so im just going to use horse poo.

its said to be true that if you inject spores into an apple and feed it to a cow when the cow shits... boomers will grow..... ive never tried this has there is no cows in the city of chicago

heres my plan

1st colonize my jars

2nd take horse poo and pasturize it

3rd break up brf cakes

mix in a 1:3 or 4 ratio place in my camping cooler. when ready to fruit introduce some little light by keep lid open.

will this work? or do i need a fruiting chamber or incubator?

It is unlikely that if your camper cooler is left open, there will be enough humidity for the magic to happen. For pinning and fruiting you will need 85% humidity or greater, I often use ultrasonic humidifiers to push into the 90-95% range. If you are looking for stealth, do a monotub style grow except use an opaque tub, then keep the lid on tight and attatch a florescent light to the inside of the lid. Route the electric cable toward the back so it is out of sight, and voila! Full scale mono tub with no light or noise.

Also, pf cakes are for kiddies, purposefully designed by commercial growers to keep people like us from really getting decent harvests. Don't follow in the foot steps of 14 year old kids, use grains, WBS is cheap and easy, cracked corn can be used in half pint jars for super fast colonization from spore, then transfered to WBS for potency. Bottomline, do not expect anything that coule be labeled "bulk" when using pf cakes.

Good luck, I hope everything works for you, by the way, even a very small harvest of Penis Envy is worth while, so if you insist on growing cakes, use penis envy so your tiny harvests will atleast get you high!

brf will work, but once you switch to grains youll blow a load

Dont have the time to master grain right now next grow i will switch to grain

its actually easier, just wash the wbs VERY well, and steralize prolly about 4 or 5 mins or reading...............

if I remember correctly theres something you have to pick out, but its been awhile just look it up.

im to lazy just sticking with brf cakes

I figured it out!! Ima buy a styrofoam cooler keep lid while its colonizing

then when im ready to fruit i will replace styrofoam lid with a piece of glass!IM A GENIOUS. not really
