Bloomberg to the rescue

I did not! Thanks for turning me on. I watched the first episode and it was hysterical! I just finally got Confederacy of Dunces out from the library and looking forward to reading it! :D
That seems to be a book that you either or hate. Something tells me you will love it. A lot of people I respect a lot did not. Pay attention to the author's "back story" in the foreword.

Brilliant speeches! ( the ones of Bloomberg , thanks hanimmal for posting them! Bloomberg is incredible! Let’s get him up on the debate stages because all the other people suck compared to him! He is so much smarter then all the other candidates. Yup, if I was Trump I would be Real worried about him. That’s why Trump is now tweeting to his followers to support Bernie Sanders!

Where the fuck do these dinosaurs think they exist in?
Wake the fuck up
It's been money talks in this country ever since it's founding, the rest of you can go crawl back into your hovels & stay there.
With the Nevada caucuses less than a week away, Democratic presidential candidates campaigning Sunday were fixated on a rival who wasn't even contesting the state.
Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden and Amy Klobuchar all targeted billionaire (that makes him evil, right?) Mike Bloomberg, accusing him of buying his way into the election and making clear they were eager to take him on in a debate.
“He thinks he can buy this election,” Sanders said of the former New York mayor at a rally in Reno. “Well, I’ve got news for Mr. Bloomberg — the American people are sick and tired of billionaires buying elections!”
And I'm sick & tired of you talking nonsensical shit that might appeal to a bunch of adolescents, but your on a path to guarantee Trump another 4 years
They're attacks are a sign of how seriously the field is starting to take Bloomberg as he gains traction in the race and is on the cusp of qualifying for Wednesday's Democratic debate in Las Vegas. Bloomberg has bypassed the traditional early voting states including Nevada, focusing instead on the 14 states that vote in the Super Tuesday primary on March 3. He has spent more than $417 million of his own multibillion-dollar fortune on advertising nationwide, an unprecedented sum for any candidate in a primary.
The focus on Bloomberg comes amid anxiety among many sane Democrats over the early strength of Sanders, who won last week's New Hampshire primary and essentially tied for first place in Iowa with Pete Buttigieg (wow, big accomplishment!!), the former mayor of South Bend, Indiana. Sanders is hoping to notch a victory in Nevada on Saturday as moderates struggle to unite behind a candidate who could serve as a counter to the Vermont senator, who has long identified as a democratic socialist & an idealistic dreamer
The hundreds of millions of dollars that Bloomberg has pumped into the Super Tuesday states has only heightened the sense of uncertainty surrounding the Democratic race.
Klobuchar, speaking on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” accused Bloomberg of avoiding scrutiny by blanketing the airwaves and sidestepping debates or tough televised interviews.
“I think he cannot hide behind the airwaves and the money," she said. “I think he has to come on the shows. And I personally think he should be on the debate stage.”
Yea, well he's out of the box now & you all better be afraid, or shall I say all of the Dems should be afraid because in my opinion he's the best hope.
Sanders, Biden, Warren, Buttigieg & Klobuchar are all dead people walking right into Trump's little teeny, tiny hands, because please remember this very simple fact, & that is that most people do not like dramatic change, and that is what the Dems are not even asking, but demanding it.
How many Red states have to be conquered in order to win in November?
4?
With Sanders?
Ya Ya Ya
Give me a break.

Trump would destroy Bloomberg in a general election. All he would have to do is show Mike talking about how he's never supported the minimum wage, how he utilized racist policies that discriminated against minorities, how he banned big gulps in NY, how he bought his way into the conversation, endorsed George W. Bush, supported (and still supports) the Iraq war, etc.

Apparently you have vastly different political opinions if you support someone like Michael Bloomberg. You should look into the Republican party, of which Mike was a member of up until a few years ago.

It’s not that we really like or support him or his past policies it’s how much you panic about him. So much fun to watch. He does the same thing to trump too

trump set a precedent that past statements don’t even matter either, you can just do what the party wants and the party will love you. I can see that happening with ol’ bloomy

Btw, someone who has said more is expected of him because he’s white and that black people have a “herd like mentality” shouldn’t really be criticizing someone as racist, especially when he has more support among black voters than Bernie does

With that, you prove everything you've said about democracy, unity, defeating Trump, everything wrong

Bernie Sanders is so divisive. He fractured the DNC and the most relevant faultline in politics today is the one that forms his faction.

Funny that a BernieBro would talk of unity when he won't even agree to work against Trump.

My wife and I are both viscerally against Bernie but will vote for him if he wins the nomination, which is most likely

But I saw on twitter today a bunch of vernouts threatening to forever splinter the party if ol’ bloomy wins

I am in this for unity no matter what, getting rid of the child raper squatting in the White House no matter what

I don’t think the Bernie people can say the same.

I don't agree about the likelihood of a Bernie nomination because I don't believe that the delegates will nominate someone that is not in the party and who is dying. If he does somehow pull it off, I'll still toss him a vote, mainly as a vote against the fascist pedophile.

Bernie should have had the Balls to declare as a Dem years ago, but he always wanted too straddle the fence and not commit.
Now, for the 2nd time in 5 years he want's too suck the blood out of the Democratic party and propel Trump back into the WH.
He's not a Democrat & I still don't understand how he's even running as one.
Fuck Sanders

Whoever the nominee is, they will need the full throated support of an independent democratic congress to make any major changes like healthcare. The political dynamic is much different on the democratic side with a diversity of peoples and views that are absent from the republicans. Africans Americans and the left wing of the party will have a major influence on policy going forward, as will the lessons learned from the Trump era. Congress will work out the details of any healthcare changes and doing that is a monumental task by itself, it might not be exactly what the president wants and it might not be to your particular liking either, it will be a product of compromise and consensus. The democrats don't need a "great or dear leader", just someone halfway normal who can beat Trump, who ain't normal at all. The dynamic is different among the democrats, they won't be the slaves of the president, but partners in responsible government. Get the Goddamned country back first, win the battle for the soul of America before dividing the spoils.

Donald is very frightened and extremely desperate, his minions must be terrified of going to prison, so some of them will be desperate too. Expect anything and everything this time around, the darker it gets for Donald as the election approaches the crazier he will become. Lame Duck Donald will become dead duck Donald and he knows it, his power will evaporate if he and the GOP lose the election, if they lose the senate it will be a Helluva Christmas in Washington and a Helluva new year for dead Donald duck.

How far can lots and lots of money take a guy in the democrat party? As far as it can take a billionaire in the Republican Party? This will be fun to watch.
