Follow the directions on the bottle first.
I find that for my set-up, I get the best results with 1 heavy dosing of CalMg a week.
I've tried spacing out multiple smaller doses during the week, but the results are not as good.
Good luck with your grow.

I hope everyone is aware that companies advertising UV is simply a marketing ploy, some led companies even advertise UVB what ppl need to know is that UVA has no benefit on thc production and any other benefits could be greater achevied with violet light over 400nm. UVB is the light that is a benefit THC but UVB leds do not exist in anything thing more the half a mW thousands of these would be needed with still no penetration. the only leds that come close to UVB is the solar storm which uses a 10% uvb reptile or tanning bulb (flourescent) if people want to see the true benefits of UVB they need to go with the narrowband UVB photo therapy lights( dangerous to eyes) these bulbs are fairly exspensive and a fixture would have to be custom built for the bulbs unless you use the extremely exspensive ones for phototherapy overall they're around 50-70 % uvb most the other wavelegnths can be used by the plants
