They say all blacks originated in Africa, even the ones who eventually moved (or were moved) to islands. There were no native blacks in Haiti. That's what my black friend told me when I asked him. I found it interesting.

I try to say african american but my friends who are hispanic and black always refer to caucasians as "white" or "some white bitch" as in "some white bitch cut me off"... they don't say caucasian so they shouldn't get their panties in a bunch over people saying black.
