Biden vs Trump

AC isn't saying Biden would be worse than Trump. He's questioning if Biden is different enough from Trump to beat him in November. The story goes that Hillary lost because she is far enough right to discourage enough left leaning people from voting and Trump managed to sneak in with a minority of the vote. His win was described in one article I read as Trump benefiting from a lightning strike. . If it's true that Hillary was the reason Trump won then Biden would put us at risk of lightning striking twice.

I'm not saying I buy the hypothesis but I'm not denying it either.
You don't commit to any issue or any specific politician because you want to give yourself wiggle room when anything comes up against your favor

It makes you look weak

The primary isn't until 2020 -- May, even. I know of two I won't vote for. I totally oppose Bernies healthcare bill because it's a political buzzsaw for the Democratic party. Warren is backing away too. She's got a good head on her shoulders.

Bernie says Warren is ahead of him in the polls because she has ovaries. Not because she's demonstrating good leadership.

I told you, it's just a matter of time before you Bernie bots re-tweet Russian propaganda and fake news about Warren. Bernie is at least telling the truth although he's minimizing Warren's leadership in several areas. Propaganda sucks. So does Bernie.

We are like that ship in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie, to get over the horizon they need to flip it by running one side to the other getting it to tilt further and further. When you vote in anyone from extreme positions you become open to the opposite response, we vote in a black man, we get a racist.

I am ok with pretty much every Dem running (not the Russian puppet lady though Gabbard), and will vote for whichever wins the nomination, but do think it is important to realize that Biden is left of center, he is just pragmatic enough to know to get some things done, other people will want their agenda as well.
If he wins the primary, I won't spend the election year criticizing him. He's just far from my favorite. I agree about Gabbard though, She's toxic as fuck.

Warren is ok. I loved the 1/16th Cherokee memes but she was just talking about ancestry and not tribal membership. It got blown out of proportion and she has actually chosen her words very well. I like Booker more than I like her but she's leagues better than Bernard.

Biden is losing my vote in the primary.. of course I would vote for him in the general. I'm listening and leaning more to Warren, Harris, Booker. I usually play in the GOP primary, always voting for the Dem in the general elections. This round I vote in the Dem primary and will vote for ANY dem that makes it out of the primary. Trump is an awful POS POTUS
If I were in a swing state I would say the same but I won't criticize this approach regardless of which state you reside in.

Well, I didn't comment on why Hillary lost other than low voter turnout. Aside from that I agree.

Anyone who holds a valid political opinion already knows who they support. If you don't, you don't hold a valid political opinion

It means you're waiting for the debates to hear what each candidate has to say. If you don't already know what each candidate has to say, you don't hold a valid political opinion..

I know you already know what each candidate has to say. You think this claim bides you time before the primary. I know you already know what candidate you support. The problem you face is defending them now, because you claim to be as progressive as Sanders while supporting pragmatic centrists like Biden who you and I both know won't win.

I totally oppose Bernies healthcare bill because it's a political buzzsaw for the Democratic party.
Why is this kind of blatant attack against Sanders acceptable? What if he wins the nomination and the Republicans try to use this against him in 2020?
Bernie says Warren is ahead of him in the polls because she has ovaries
Did he really say that?! Lmao. Got a citation?

Your opinions aren't valid but you've made up your mind.

Same with Trump supporters.

Your post is invalid.

Oh I wasn't aware of this, do we just get to designate our opponents posts invalid as we see fit?

OK, I guess.. All of your posts, from now until you die are invalid, using your own rules

So that makes me right about everything automatically, even future things anyone cares to ask about

I’m in Alaska. This is a Democratic swing state. They swing and miss every election. Seriously we took Bernie in the primary. Frigging state Dems ignored that totally at the convention and threw everything behind Shillary. I’m writing in Vermin Supreme this time.
