Yeah the jerks got reelected but Michigan still has MM and those jerks could do much about it the last 4 years, other then making us put the stuff in ones trunk which I don't have a problem with.

Life will still go on and least we don't live in Florida ! I take the snow and cold vs living down there all of the time

Florida voted down MMJ.

I see schuette as a continued threat to most anything not uber-conservative. For example, he is wasted untold thousands of dollars pushing for a continued gay marriage ban, when obviously the Supreme Court has already influenced every other state continuing to fight it. He does this for long-term campaign goals not short term service to Michigan citizens. He does this to panhandle to the ultra-right cash flow. He has no interest in individual's rights.

so you hate florida?

I believe so, first they gave us GWB in 2000 and now 14 years later, many of them are still in the stone age belief that any use of marijuana is no good.

If they would have become medical and if they would have accepted out of state medical cards, with the cheaper gas prices, I might had well took a winter vacation down there next Feb...but screw that now. be a long-long time before I be back down there, did go to Miami and then Clearwater near Tampa over 5 years ago, was pretty nice and lots of friendly people around but my MM card is worthless down there.

Nope, if I go anywhere warm in the winter, it be to Nevada but no beaches there, ugh

I have no problem with gay marriage personally, but the US Supreme Court overturning the vote of 30 individual states is clearly problematic. Identity politics is damaging and decisive and seems pretty ominous coming from the highest federal court. What would stop them from overturning all the marijuana state laws across the county to maintain the financial viability of their "justice system" ...

Freaken 2 other states past weed for all adults by 52% or more of the vote ..Florida only could get 57% of the vote for weed just for ill people...I can just imagne how the weed for everybody vote would go down, like 35% for, 65% against...do I wanna go out of my way to go down there just cause they got nicer weather, HA

I'm not for gay marriage but I am accepting it. The price one pays for living in a free country, other people might do things others don't agree with.

The problem I got is these people who don't want others to be free to do things they don't approve of .

In a way, I like the Supreme Court ruling throwing out gay marriage bans even thou, I'm not for gay marriage one bit...if that makes any sense, lol...In a way its good the states can't tell people what they can do and not do.

Now if only medical marijuana would become a federal right for all of us......I for sure would vote for gay marriage if that meant other stuff like MM would also become legal in every state....it could be up to each state if they allow sales of MM but any card holder in the USA should be free to travel to any state and use their own MM....I could just see the up roar if some states tried to ban gay people from traveling to their state yet the ban on MM is A OK, that isn't right
