I don't think I have advised anyone NOT to do dry ice...rather do both, get your own feel for both processes and then continue with the one that works best for you. Obviously you are getting good results from dry ice.

I may have to clarify myself as well. I am comparing an 8 bag 5 gal ice water extract system with the single 220 micron dry ice extraction process. I would prefer the ice water extract to the dry ice if that is what we are comparing.

But, if I were to take the 220 micron dry ice extract and then graded it over some dry sift screens....well...that is a VERY different story.



Throw some dry ice and trim in that.....smoke a bong....come back and things are very peachy :)

Like you said each to there own, not trying to force anything upon anyone, ive experienced both and base my opinion on that.

my root zone seems to be improving. the foam is all but cleared up there seems to be some new white roots and growth rate seems to be improving all might not be lost yet

I dont think it has a common name. ill find out though. Easy way to get it quickly is just get some nutriboost it contains a good wack of it in it plus it has all those other goodies aswell .

what does this look like on the tip of my head?? i nipped one off thinking it was a seed pod, and it was just fluffy, and full of white hairs!!!?? what is it? has anyone seen this? its only on a couple of heads, and only on the very tip

House & Garden Multi Enzyme in essence does the same thing, it breaks down dead roots and turns it back into usable nutrients for the plant, perfect for your requirement fiwh, i recommend House & Garden products.

apparently that yellow thing is nothing to worry about, seems to be a hermie trait, but she never seems to produce seeds as ive been told, i had this happen on my first grow, but they seem to disappear. i will x my fingers and hope for the best.

thanx 'ome grown i will pinch off what i find then, they are ugly even if they dont mean shit, no resin on them by the looks of the macros, i'll try to post a pic of one bursting later, they have white pistils coming out, fuckin wierd right!!?? its like they wanna grow seeds, but then just more bud pops out, and it starts to foxtail, thats what i found on the first grow with this strain, the fox tailing made it want to flower longer, but it was only 2 colas out of the whole bunch, if this grow starts to foxtail, it won't worry me, as it kinda look gnarly and the buds keep getting bigger.. my mentor rekons he'll put money on it that it won't seed !!?? i'm getting a jack/skunk clone off him shortly. thats the choice i have come down to, lower yielding, but killa skunk.

Last Night i attacked the fungus gnats that soil has kindly given me (last soil grow indoors im doing, coco / dwc is my thing) using natnil and yellow sticky pads before putting down the traps i trimmed a few more lower branches and shoots off of most of the girls and got stuck myself.
Took 3 more clones of the stinky PPP pheno and trashed the rest of the branches/shoots that had i trimmed off it was time to check on the two dwc tubs. PPP tub was 2/3 empty and ec had dropped to .2 from 1.1 y47 tubs were 3/4 empty and a ec or 0 from 1.2
refilled the tanks, fed em and im waiting for lights on so i can take some pics,

cobra[my big clone from first grow that vegged outdoors for 2 months] looks really sad i dont know what is causing it either hoping she perks up i lst'd her like no tomorrow

thanx man, all good, problems come my way, a way will find me ;) i got alot of options, but i'm loving the look of these Jack/skunk clones, they will be insane with my new cooltube

where is everyone today?

things are looking good. going away for the weekend but i will be flipping the dutch delight to 12/12 and putting it under my small scrog screen.

i will probably also start scrogging the sun maiden under my cmh. got a new reflector and ballast to get the cmh under way agian. the new reflector is awesome cant remember what its called but its a massive improvement over my old one. awesome light spread. i can now keep the light lower and still cover a large area

yep day after I took photos. Theres 10 in there ,6 clones from last grow which were pretty good and 4 others from seed.
Big bud,Vanilla Kush ,Great White Shark and THC Snow.All are female exept possibly the THC ......not sure yet.looking good though ,we ll see how much beter they yeild this time with the scrog.

Don't ya think it will get a bit crowded with that many plants..??

Na man, 10 is nice for that space, just don't veg for too long.

Shankae, your gonna yield well, there's alot of tips, very very impressed man, super fine effort, proud to see another Scrogger ! Keep us updated, nice to see some pics. + Rep.
