Sorry to bring you the unpleasant purchasing history. Factory machines rock from morning to night. They need to rest also. While this time we meet production pressures, the lights and tent always not enough for overseas warehouse, they selling too fast,we work overtime every day in order to produce more, we know our customers cannot wait so long after purchase. The situation will be changed soon since we have another our own factory now , it will be normally working soon. . appreciate your supportHere is my MH experience. Ordered a tent and a light. Website says 'in stock' at the time of order. Neither were in stock. Credit card charged full price at the time of order. I still think its shipping asap. Three days later someone from MH contacts me and tells me my items aren't in stock, but I can change my order to things I don't want. I stick with the items I ordered. I eventually get the order in two shipments. The order took more than a month to complete.
The light and tent work fine. Happy with the products so far. Not impressed with their customer service or dishonest sales tactics. This will affect who I order my next gear from.
