"The defense asked for a mistrial with prejudice, meaning that if one is granted, Rittenhouse cannot be retried."While I think Rittenhouse is guilty as all hell, I thought going into this that Rittenhouse would not be found guilty of anything serious. What makes me reconsider is the defense is moving for a mistrial. If the defense was going so well, why would they do that?
