you are a complete and total piece of shit...the kid went looking for trouble and found it...killing two people and wounding a third makes him at the very best a vigilante who deserves a murder charge, no matter what those people were doing or saying. the stupid fat little fucker had no business patrolling a damn thing, he didn't have a badge, he didn't have any authority at all to do anything at all...he took the law into his own hands and committed murder, no matter what the kkk judge presiding over this piece of shit trial says

Maybe you should call the court and let them know to intervene because your important whiney opinion should supercede the testimony and evidence that is unfolding that will surely set free the pudgy kid with the good aim that was extinguishing fires being chased and attacked while you're at it?

^^Pretzel logic on display. One can never know what Rittenhouse was thinking. What I can say based upon objective facts: that night, after he shot those people, he acted like a person who committed murder and skedaddled.

the people who were out looting should have known better, the guy with a previous felony carrying a gun should have known a lot better.
not one bit of that excuses murder, no matter the motive. Rittenhouse left his house with a weapon he shouldn't have had, to do something he had no authority or right to do. he made a choice, and now it's time to pay for that choice. there are no mitigating circumstances in this case...he felt threatened? the only reason he felt threatened was that he was somewhere he shouldn't have been, doing something he shouldn't have been doing.
he was protecting someone? that's the job of the police, Rittenhouse does not have a badge, and he had no business pretending he did.
he did a profoundly stupid thing, and people died and were crippled because of it. there has to be a price for that level of stupidity...

While I think Rittenhouse is guilty as all hell, I thought going into this that Rittenhouse would not be found guilty of anything serious. What makes me reconsider is the defense is moving for a mistrial. If the defense was going so well, why would they do that?
