We have been in the underground for too long. Rule number one has always been to tell nobody. Of course we all butt heads when talking with others!

We are a very at risk group for personality disorders.

I meet a girl at a bar.

She asks " where do you live?"

I try not to say "what are a fuc^#@ cop?!"

--and their ""warehouse"" grows-
but wait some of them are working with thefeds to bring all ths onLine-($$$)pfffft -:finger:

when all the fucking lawyers here are telling us somthing different

--trying to heard us into a box w""CC"" as the label where WE can >only< transfer to 5pts WE are connected to--

My plan is the same as it has been for the last 10 years. Strive to have great weed regardless of what someone else says. Hopefully I don't go broke using this model, so far it has served me well.

Buckaroo, you've been at this for a while, so here's a question for you....

Do you feel that both of the following can happen and work well in Michigan:

a) Patients rights are fully protected allowing them to grow their own meds if they so choose, or designate a caregiver to do it for them.

and

b) Allow dispensaries to operate within the state, regulated, taxes being paid, etc.

Is it one or the other, or can both work simultaneously?

I don't see what this is going to prove.

Raids happen, people get shut down, and then they slowly start popping back up again.

I'm not dependent on dispensaries, but I really like having them around.

I've taken the measures that I need to continue my lifestyle.

look Stow-bongsmilie

there is a long and short answer-

--ask growers :leaf: in Colorado/Cali forums

or :leaf:Oregon/Washington forums struggling for their mortgages and their collective lives there-
or trying to convert their little crops....lol

ask them what they are :shock:seeing and their experiences ....w disp-

ones on the net are not the real ones tho-

those are the invisible ones you will never see
but you will get a measure of what's up ...

look in Colorado forums on the discussions they are having there now
about dispensaries and folks stories of them...

watch the new states coming online and their regulatory laws all happening at the same time
....coincedence?

its all complicated by design
and the truth is blurred and obfuscated intentionally

especially here in Michigan where the lawyers have pulled us by our diks
and their steak holder group...(upc)
its too late here to go back...they kno that

they have been keeping us from organizing or opposing what they are working on..intentionally
its all very intricate

i plead the 5th-

short answer-
yes and no lol

yes you'll be allright growing your own...don't get caught like always
they will have their hands full

the long answer-
I wrote but cannot post....too much! (2hrs!)

suffice to say they are pushing us back underground...
that s the end goal

no smokers would be the ultimate plan like tobacco IMO ...in the closet

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2313425/Marijuana-pill-MORE-effective-relieving-pain-harmful-smoking-drug.html

imagine if they sanctioned it in stores how many sick and dying 'squares' would run for the cure
most don't want to smoke it but do for social and health reasons now

1person turns 60like every 20 seconds here in america for the next 20yrs
...baby boomers
thats alot!

more than 50%of our population I think in the next 20yrs
thats lots of health care issues coming up-$$$

if there are 63% voted for it in mich
only 170,000 pts/CGs

63% is like 3million people in this state
think of all the states combined ignorant squares that will run for the cure when they sanction it

they are after the other 3/4 folks that voted for it but are on the fence for use
they are all watching now

so the authorities will have to legitimize it somehow now thru distribution and tax and regulate
thats been the crux her in mich from the beginning....distribution

who?
what?
how?
where?

their going to viscerate what's left of the law soon-
for us small guys
many will go back to the shadows

a year from now it won't even look like the same law.....watch
dont be shocked

it will all be thru distribution rights and who gets them
those with the most $$ will

thats the dispensary argument now they are fighting so hard to get us to support

if you do support dispn they will have more rights than you or me
--forget about growing it for gain

i have seen the first dispensaries and what has happened ...in Cali and Colorado ....
been in them

cali is the one that is supporting the small guy/pt/grower

colorado is becoming a huge federal experiment to tax and regulate

all this being done in colorado with the help of a small group at the top of the food chain

they have been working on this for many years and have been waiting like cats to bring it all online

they have a lot of patience and all their ducks in a row...all of them

i have friends who's family are on some of the boards of directors of these groups
it's a small group
theres only like a couple dozen at the top

they all stand to get like 50-100million each once this all comes online across the board
once thy bring everything online they will sell out to big mult national corporations and thn it's game over like canada IMO
they don't care

remember the old saying --
"when your in college it's how you play the game that matters most...when your playing for money...winning is all that matters"

regulate out the little guys.....
ask RD....
he seems to have a grasp on some of it by his friends that are shut out and the stories they have to tell about big commercial

i know more than I can write here or explain to you.....
i know the national agenda coming and sme of the players brining it online.....

i have been in the movie fom the beginning by choice
it is my lifestyle and I will always grow my own food and medicine:leaf:for free....always

just watch the movie and how it's playing ....

michigan is almost fucked for sure tho-
by design and thank the lawyers doing it.....:finger:
and their friends at CPU-

its only illegal if you are caught Stow.....:wall:..

think of it that way and work backwards and you will be allright....

we have rights
few and weak

but we always had those

now tho they want to sell you a little plastic card for 100$ and tell you it protects you
-for $$
tell you you have rights
as long as you follow ""all"" their rules

break one and you might as well not have a card
or the ability to buy your defense cheaper from these lawyers that made it this way for us-

listen they are the same rights we always had Stow.:joint:...don't get caught!
that is your right....

it will be much easier now tho for illegal guys to run game...
and the fools with the dispensaries.....??.....hahaha:lol::lol::lol:

they will get what they deserve
the plant :leaf:will serve up its karma to them...hehe

did none of the disp guys see :shock:that dispensaries in Colorado are down like 60% since the new regulatory laws there??
lolol:-P

erb is like 139$oz there....hehe
:peace:

My take on the MJ end game ... corps & gov't will take their lawyers & politicians to erect "standards" of lawfare, pushing the ppl out and handing the industry to Merck, Altria and InBev :(

Hey, if that's the way it goes then I'll just be a tax evading cheating criminal again. I brew a mean ale, some people drink Budweiser but those with taste and over 23 years of age know better and drink what tastes good and has strong mojo. they know where to come and I wouldn't put all my eggs in the big pharma will ruin it basket; they are big, they will flood a market but they will also be no better than the dirt merchants that flood the market now. it'll be homogenized generic weed, true smokers will still find me.

I don't know brother, ever seen homegrown Vicodin? Is there even one mom and pop pharmaceutical company? The game is now status quo, the question is not the ends, but the means :(

Cory and trevor

bad comparison, vicodin is far from a plant and not easily produced in home cheaply enough to compete and most people don't have a pallet for vics but how about MDMA? yep, a pharmaceutical now produced illegally at home in tiny labs in secret. The one and only drug they ever eradicated is Quaaludes and that's because its ingredients are too hard to come by or synthesize once they outlawed enough precursors. LSD is a lab drug, so is meth and the demand is there so the product flows. THEY have the uphill battle, let's not forget that. The demand is sky high and the production is relatively cheap and easy. can't ban dirt or any other component in growing the plant so its their burden and too much so to stop us. Actually, its the plant that perseveres not us-its been here before us and we won't rid the planet of it she's hardier than most species of animal (what like a 99% extinction rate over earth history???) I just find it hard to believe they are going to fight us harder than they did in the 80's and 90's and some of the best breeding of cannabis came out of those decades. with that history in mind I don't see the future without a home grower doing what he/she does even if there is Merk brand green bud in every 7-11 or pharmacy or how ever they take over the market share.

Big pharma will seek to make it into a pill. If the big tobacco gets involved I see a flood of "generic" weed cigs and products. As c & t said as long as you can grow at home then we will see an elite product from the hobby grower. Think wine or microbrews. Not to say there can't be commercially available product that isn't of good quality. Just way harder to do to a large scale like corn fields of cannabis. It will be just that, commercial bud.

I think the Budweiser vs. microbrew vs. homebrew best sums it up!

Everyone running these huge grows will sooner or late get a rep for being like budweiser ($139 oz.), Many will go the route of Bells or Founders and have a nice local following, and then there will be the small time farmers, maybe not making it rich, but they will have the stuff everyone else wishes they had.

I hope.... sure would suck to get this far, just to have a bunch of great herb only to have to go find a job (yuck).

I totally agree with you, but will you spend your time and money growing if you can pick up a pre rolled pack (OZ) of a known pheno of Super Lemon Haze from Marlboro for 100$?

Bigtacofarmer

Yes..... I will grow my own regardless. I would not support Marlboro, Budweiser, Merk, Monanto, and many others! Not to mention, greenhouse SLH? funny example! sorry

Honestly, I hope to start growing all my own food. I would like to remove as much of my cash, goods and services from the loop as possible!

Twas intentional my friend ;)

Here you stand on principles in the face of economics, and I commend that. Sad but true, when the dust clears and reality sets in, there will not be many standing with us :(
