Something that is unlawful can also be illegal and mostly is. Such as sex with a minor. First and foremost; its unlawful because it causes harm and loss to a person. Period.

Something that is illegal is not necessarily unlawful. Running a stop sign or smoking cannabis are things that are illegal but not unlawful. These acts may cause zero harm or loss to anyone.

A system of law is for justice. A legal system is for revenue collection. This is why police are "officers" now instead of just men and women.


But then you and yours only look at the legality of anything at all which makes conversation with you so kindergarten its frustrating.

Running a stop sign is illegal and unlawful. It can cause harm. 17-year-old Laura Welch had run a stop sign, causing the death of the sole occupant of the vehicle hers had struck.

Bravo london, traffic court is an excellent example of what is not an Article III court. It is, in fact a Constitutional Military Tribunal.

yeah running a stop sign can cause a crash and kill someone. It is illegal and unlawful. You are not very bright are you ? Do I need to show you pics of a crash after someone ran a stop sign ?

We agree disobeying traffic safety rules which cause harm to others is not a good thing to do.

It's possible to have safe roads without roads being owned and administered by a central authority who claims the right to put a lien on your house (your property) and then oxmoronically (sic) call it "property tax" .

I came to a stop sign driving my car while on my cell phone texting and eating sushi with chopsticks.

I looked both ways and went because it was safe to do so. I didn't technically stop and was subsequently pulled over and given at least two fines.

No harm or loss to anyone whatsoever.

Pics of a crash would show loss that did happen. In that case, throw all the books at them, whomever was at fault.
