I'm not saying it's the same thing but it doesn't look good and just gave the GOP another investigation. They're all idiots. Does classified actually mean anything? How is there not any document control in place to know how many copies exist, where they are, and who has them?

How in the hell are so many people being so lose with our classified information. trump lied about it and tried to hide them but Biden and Clinton were just careless.

Every large global company follows ISO standards which specify how documents are to be controlled. It sounds like the White House follows no standards and this goes back for decades. If there are copy machines in the White House they need to take them out. Every classified document should always have a trail that can be followed. Who knows what else is out there from "name any administration."

I figure some ex staffer is in shit and might be indicted over it, someone was responsible for keeping track of all secret documents. Trump has no such defense with his documents case, this was just a case of oversight by Joe's team, due diligence. Proving intent was the big thing with Trump and that base is well covered in his case, with Joe or even someone senior on his staff, it would be difficult. If anything a regular government employee might take the fall for this one. The DOJ would not have charged Trump over the documents if he wasn't such an asshole about national security. We now know why the DOJ jumped through hoops for Trump to avoid indicting him, all the dumb cunt had to do was play ball and give back what he took. It would appear this case might have some bearing on what the DOJ did and why with Trump.

If any more documents show up the trump document investigation goes away. There might be some charges for lying but those will be reduced to misdemeanors and go away without any indictments.

The only people they can prosecute for the trump documents are people that said all the documents were turned over. trump never said anything.

How do you prosecute trump for having classified documents when Biden does as well?

Naw, it is out in public and the cases are like night and day, at most a government employee will take the fall for Biden's case. Trump is different and the Biden case explains Trump's treatment and the chances he got to come clean. Trump's case is in Jack's hand's Biden is with someone different, Garland handed both matters off to professional prosecutors, though Jack is a special one with J6 on his plate too.
