I'm week one into flowering (Oct. 8th) and i know it will be probably 8-9 weeks or so before its time to harvest. I tried to time this so that i could harvest on Dec. 1, but had to let them grow another 10 days however I'm going to be in Amsterdam on Dec 3 and won't be back until the 9th. So i'm worried about keeping the res full while i'm gone. Of course the first rule is tell no one...which is what i have always done...but am not sure how to keep the water level up. Any thoughts on how to rig something up to keep it full? any help will be much appreciated. I've always grown in soil and wanted to try the AG thing i got for my birthday last year and thought i'd give it a shot, with soil i can rig something up, with this system i'm not sure what to do.
I do plan on posting phots once i get a chance. Right now i have five plants growing and will cut out probably two and keep it at three. I'm using my own femm'ed seeds from a previous grow. Its Shunk x A3 a new hybrid i got in AMS three years ago. thx, shannonball [/FONT]

Not sure the exact name of the strain...
But it's just something the old Alaskan hippies have managed to keep alive for a few generations...
As for mods to the AG...
The only thing original is the res.... the base and lights have other plants...
I have a 10" airstone with a strong pump...
and for lights I have
1 x 35 watt HPS
2 x 70 watt HPS
1 x 100 watt MH
So Yeah!!! not quite the AG poster child am I?!?!?!?!
The only thing I can think of other than a bigger res is to rig some kind of feed system like they have for cats and dogs...
You know... the upside down bottle that lets water out when air can come in...

wat im working with. reverse osmosis water, floranova nutes, 4" airstone. ak47 clone buddy gave me. baby is growing like a charm. 1 week n clone got roots n everything. let me know wat u guys think. im thinking about putting it at one end and bending it and lowering da ligths 2 it and going 12/12. let me know guys

thanks gypsy. i was thinking of doing something like that...sort of a drip drip drip thing to keep the water flowing, but not to overflow the res. I'm going to do a practice run first. thanks. i'm turning 50 in Dec. so taking a few in AMS with my brother and a friend from High School. This will be my 7th trip and can't wait. thx for the response. shann
Hey guys i need a lil help with this one. All i have is the regular stock lights. Old skool black ag not the new one. Am i gona need supplemental ligthing?? I dont want it to die but im limited and i dont want to add more ligth. i heard i can get an upgrade lamp hood (delux model) for mine?? im just worried bout wat to do with clone. should i bend and grow low?? or let nature take its course??? Plz guys help me out. Thanks.
