We get most of our oil from Canada. Then Saudi, then Mexico, Venezuela, ect. I don't think Iran is on the list.

If Iran cannot produce oil it will eventually affect the United States. Even if "we" get our oil elsewhere. Taking Iranian oil off the global market will result in increased prices. As supplies dry up, the producers we buy from will have more potential customers. The people that used to buy oil from Iran will still want oil right?
